Pursuant to the item 27 part 1 clause 85, part 1 clause 128 of the Constitution of Ukraine, part 3 clause 62 of the Law "On Judicial System of Ukraine", clause 15 of the Law "On Order of the Appointing and Dismissal of the Professional Judge by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" the People´s Deputies appointed Tatkov Viktor Ivanovych to the office of judge of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine.
A relevant draft resolution is registered under Reg. No6684.
